Recently I have decided to run for President... oh, wait sorry that's Ralph Nader. I have decided to stop eating red meat. Forever? Hell, I don't know. But, for now, anyway, I have stopped. I can't say that I have some moral reasoning or new evangelical slant for not putting away some dead cow from time to time... I just feel experimental. Maybe I will feel lighter and have more energy. Maybe not. I'll keep you posted. Maybe I'll eat a handful of steaks a year and REALLY enjoy them. Maybe they are a luxury that I take for granted.
